What is Warranty Parts and Labour?
The unfortunate event of a motor breakdown is not just about the breakdown itself, the accompanying inconvenience or potential for unwanted stress and aggravation, but also the financial impact this can have. With the average unexpected repair cost of a vehicle being over £380, repairs can be costly. Parts and Labour cover is designed to provide financial reimbursement following a vehicle's repair after a motor breakdown has occurred.
How Does It Work?
You can request reimbursement of up to £500.00 when you use your motor breakdown membership with us and have purchased our parts and labour as an extra cover.
We allow you to arrange your own repairs rather than dictating who you use, we do this because many of our customers have their own trusted garages and wish to use them.
In event of a reimbursement request you simply complete the appropriate form, along with providing the paid receipts and we shall reimburse to you your expenses.

What's the difference between Warranty cover and Parts and Labour cover?
Parts & Labour Cover
- Conveniently bolted onto your existing or new breakdown cover from Emergency Assist
- A maximum indemnity of £500 over the 12 month membership period
- No more than 2 reimbursement requests during the 12 month membership period
Warranty Cover
- A stand-alone membership providing reimbursement for repairs following a motor vehicle breakdown
- A maximum indemnity of £5,000 for each year of the membership duration
- Fast approval and reimbursement direct to the repairing garage for a speedier resolution
- A choice of either 12, 24 or 36 months' membership duration
- Multiple vehicle options
- No more than 2 reimbursement requests per vehicle per annum subject to the aggregate value not exceeding that of the annual indemnity limit
- Motor breakdown cover for the full duration of your Warranty membership

How Much Does It Cost?
We appreciate that some vehicles are typically more reliable than others, some make, and models attract higher repair costs and of course age of your vehicle will typically reduce the reliability of the vehicle.
Instead of applying an unfair fixed pricing model like many of our competitors adopt we price your Parts & Labour or Warranty membership dynamically accounting for various factors.
Whats The Catch?
There is no catch but there are a few things that you need to know.
- Any use of the parts and labour or warranty cover within the first 14 days from inception is not covered.
- Any pre-existing faults are not covered
- Vehicle's are required to have been serviced in line with the manufacturer's guidelines for any claim to be valid.
Use of the Parts & Labour cover, or standalone Warranty cover, can only be claimed upon following an unexpected emergency motor breakdown where you use your motor breakdown membership held with us in the case of Parts & Labour cover, or the complimentary motor breakdown membership included with your standalone Warranty membership.
